Welcome to LetWish! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LetWish ("Platform"), an AI-powered video platform where influencers create personalized videos for fans.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By using our Platform or otherwise indicating your acceptance (for example, by agreeing when creating or logging into your account, clicking “I Agree,” etc.), you represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Platform .

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use LetWish.

1.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.

1.3 LetWish reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Services & Revenue Sharing

2.1 Influencers provide personalized AI-generated videos to fans via LetWish.

2.2 Revenue sharing between Influencers and LetWish is based on the agreement.

2.3 Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may apply for 3% and will be deducted accordingly.

2.4 Community Donation fees may apply for 5% and will be deducted accordingly.

2.5 LetWish reserves the right to adjust revenue-sharing percentages with prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

3.2 Fans must provide clear instructions for video requests and understand that refunds are only available in cases of non-delivery or policy violations.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Refunds are not available for completed videos unless there is a violation of our guidelines.

4.2 LetWish reserves the right to issue refunds in its sole discretion.

5. Content Ownership & Rights

5.1 Influencers retain rights to their video content but grant LetWish a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their content.

5.2 Fans may not resell or redistribute influencer videos without written permission.

5.3 LetWish may use influencer content for promotional purposes with proper attribution.
5.4 No Business or Commercial Use

Fans may only use videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Videos CANNOT be used for advertising, marketing, endorsements, promotions, or resale. Fans may not edit, modify, or repurpose videos in a way that suggests the influencer endorses a brand, product, or service.

Use of influencer videos in paid or sponsored content, websites, advertisements, business presentations, or promotional materials is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this policy may result in account suspension, legal action, or financial penalties.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 LetWish collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6.3 Users may request data deletion by contacting support.

7. Account Termination & Violations

7.1 LetWish reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for policy violations.

7.2 Users may request account closure at any time.

7.3 Any outstanding balances must be settled before account termination.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 LetWish is not responsible for content created by influencers or the accuracy of fan requests.

8.2 We do not guarantee specific earnings or video performance.

8.3 LetWish is not liable for third-party service failures, including payment gateways.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 LetWish may update these Terms from time to time.

9.2 Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
